Annual Grants

The Town Council support many organisations and groups within the town by awarding them grants. This is done in two ways; organisations are given a specific amount annually to assist with their work and other groups are asked to make applications at the start of the financial year.

Grants Awarded 2019-20

Keynsham Town Council is very happy to have awarded £20,000 in grants to community groups and charities for 2019/20.

Recipients will be given their award at our award presentation evening in July.

1st Keynsham Scout Group - To purchase equipment for audio/visual facility (main hall) - screen & projector

3rd Keynsham Girls Brigade - To provide learning activities - first aid evenings, creative activities, cooking, craft materials and learning Makaton sign language

Age UK Bath and North East Somerset - To help fund the activities for the older people of Keynsham to help them stay active and to address social isolation - funding for staff time, promoting/running events, venue hire and printing
