The Town Council support many organisations and groups within the town by awarding them grants. This is done in two ways; organisations are given a specific amount annually to assist with their work and other groups are asked to make applications at the start of the financial year.

For 2024/2025 the Council will be awarding up to £21,350 funding in general grants and another £17,500 for environmental projects.
