In July 2009 a steering group was formed to undertake a comprehensive review of the 2004 Keynsham Town Plan. The whole process of designing a questionnaire, distributing it to some 10,000 households, businesses, neighbouring villages and community groups, then analysing over 2240 individual responses and producing the final report has taken 3 years of work by volunteers.

This Plan represents the views of the people of Keynsham and we are now tasked to monitor the priorities identified in the Action Plan.
