Important information about access
Some defibrillators (AEDs) and bleed control kits are stored in secure cabinets. In an emergency, always call 999 first - the emergency services will provide the access code if required and give clear instructions on how to use the equipment until help arrives.

Registering life-saving equipment
If you are responsible for a defibrillator or bleed control kit, registering it helps emergency services quickly direct callers to the nearest available equipment. Defibrillators and bleed kits can be registered or updated via The Circuit (the national defibrillator and bleed kit network):
