FEES FOR HIRE OF
MANOR ROAD FOOTBALL PITCHES 2024-2025
Keynsham Town Council is delighted to announce that both junior and full-size pitches can now be booked at the Manor Rd playing fields for both fixtures and training. A pitch can be booked for the following times (unless by arrangement).
Saturday and Sunday:
Mornings: 10.00am-12.30pm Afternoons: 1.30pm-4pm
There are 3 options available in respect of pitch hire:
1) Casual Bookings – for a one-off fixture/practice session. VAT is chargeable. Nets and posts provided.
2) Seasonal Team bookings – Teams hire the pitch for a season on specified dates (up to 20 fixtures). Nets and posts provided.
3) Club Pitch Bookings – Guaranteed pitch availability throughout the season on the day/time specified for use by multiple teams belonging to the Club. Nets and posts provided.

· LOCAL TEAM – Either the Team comprises AT LEAST 50% OF KEYNSHAM RESIDENTS (a list of names and addresses of players required to qualify for the local rate) OR the team belongs to a Club with a seasonal pitch booking.
2. TEAM SEASONAL BOOKINGS
· Up to 20 matches/season booked in advance.
· No refunds if matches missed.

SEASON – up to 20 matches

3. CLUB PITCH HIRE
· FULL SEASON – Last Saturday in August to first Sunday in May.
· Guaranteed availability of that pitch for a full 36 weeks.
· No refunds if pitch not used.
